About StaySafe Self Defence Northampton

StaySafe Self Defence is dedicated to teaching simple and realistic methods of self defence. Our instructors have over 50 years of experience between them and have developed self defence system that caters for all abilities. We pride ourselves on making our students feel more confident and able to deal with confrontation.

Stay Safe Course

Our stay safe course is a three level course aimed at teaching an individual the basics in self defence.
Each level consists of six, one hour lessons covering basic self defence principles, dealing with conflict, simple and effective self defence techniques and much more.
A certificate is awarded for passing the week six evaluation in each level.

With workplace violence on the rise, business leaders have become more aware of protecting themselves and their staff. We can address these concerns by providing bespoke training courses in practical self defence to cater for self defence in and around the workplace. These sessions can be tailored to suite client needs and the needs of the clients staff and provide a fun and safe learning environment along with a wealth of self defence knowledge and techniques.
