Marek Norfolk

Marek is StaySafe SelfDefence's newest instructor.
He holds a 1st Dan in Wad-Ryu Karate and has over 11 year martial arts experiance.
Being the newest menmber of the Team Marek gets all of the fun jobs, such as being the subject that each student gets to perform their end of course evaluation on.
